We're always trying something new in the Lolli & Pop kitchen. From carrot cake bread and cranberry streusel bread to scratch-made cookies and seasonal favorites, there's always something good in the works.

We work from home under what the state calls a cottage bakery exemption.ย That means that the state allows folks like us, working from home, to make certain foods that are generally safe (that don't have to be refrigerated, among other things) without having a license from the health department.ย That keeps the friction low, and our costs low.ย However, Doug (Pop) has a VA Food Safety Manager certification, and Laurie (Lolli) has a VA Food Handler certification, so you can feel confident in our clean, organized, and thoughtful approach to baking.
Because we don't have a storefront, we take orders, bake, and then you pick up your order.ย We take orders typically Sunday through Wednesday, bake on Thursday and Friday, and arrange pickup for Saturday or Sunday.

Lolli & Pop was born from a simple idea: good things are worth making from scratch.
We believe the best baked goods start with good ingredients, a little patience, and the kind of care that you can taste in every bite. From familiar favorites to new creations, we're always looking for ways to bring something special to the table.
Our kitchen is where old-fashioned baking meets a little imagination. Some things are inspired by tradition; others come from trying something new and seeing where it takes us.
